Million Dollar Idea - Experienced programmer needed

I have an awesome idea for a new project that has the potential to become huge in its niche. As I don't have the technical know how I am looking for a trustworthy partner who is experienced in web development/ programming (if you have an eye for design that'd be great). I have the background for this particular niche+ contacts, can do the marketing, customer support, SEO etc.

I'm looking for a legit partner with whom I'd start an Ltd (or whatever suits best), share profits etc. Someone from Germany would be great (meeting in person would be easier) but it's not a must.
