Migration feature is removed yesterday!

Yesterday morning when i accessed this feature.
Facebook still allow profile migrated to page.
But yesterday afternoon,
we only create page now!
Cant migrate anymore?
Sorry i cant post link.
Anybody here knew or heard any informations about that?

Anybody have any latest information.
