I want to migrate my site from a blue host (shared) to google cloud,
does it affect my ranking?

is it advisable?

If the structure of the website will be changed, yes. Try to keep everything as same.

Also if there is any downtime, I mean long downtime it can also affect negatively, other than that there should not be any problem.

Only if there is a longer than usual downtime i have noticed (in the past at least), but it usually pops back up to where it was before.

Did it recently I shifted from US host to shit Ukraine host just to prevent DMCA Complaints.

Cloudflare acts as proxy host..... It is just fantastic man .... Nothing happened in the end.

Usually no if the structure is the same, but the down time rate and the load speed will affect your ranking, if you moved your site to a slower server don't be surprised when the shit happens

for our business site, where we had a dedicated server, we moved the server from 1 data center to another one and it DID negatively effect our ranking for few months. we had dedicated IP at both data center. the downtime was about 1 hour! so that could not be the reason for negative effect. just my 2 cents, that you could be negatively impacted.

Thanks for the advice. . .
