Migrating Stripe subscribers when accounts are banned

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to store Stripe paying subscribers for the case when accounts get banned, so I can move them to another account.

Is this possible? Will Stripe link the new Stripe account to the old one when trying to import the subscribers and ban it too, or is it normal?

I want to know how people who accumulate large amounts of paying subscribers are able to keep them for the long term, as we seem to lose them and have to start all over every time our Stripe account gets banned.
