Migrating a website from .cfm to new one..

We are migrating one of our client's web site from ColdFusion (.cfm) to Php (.html) and have around 400 pages including different product page's (ending in ".cfm") that need to be redirected to the new website . Our current plan is to add a rule to the .htaccess that 301 redirects to a php page that will handle the final redirect.

what should be the better option for us..

Redirecting Each Product as per their product id.

Redirecting All the product's to a single product page of the website.
