Im looking for someone to Migrate a Wordpress site from one domain to another.

Wp Clone will not work, as the new domain is hosted on plesk

That's the big difference.
People quote their hourly rate, but won't / can't advise how long the job will take, then expect a blank cheque when they say they did 10 hours work for a job that should take an hour.
