Might take on a partner for this project

So I setup a free web host through layered panel, the battle plan being to generate a quick list of 10,000 or so webmasters to promote affiliate offers to and more importantly to sell email blasts on.

From my previous experience doing this, it's an easy 4k a month on the low end to 10k through selling solo ads and sending affiliate offers, the problem is I don't have the time to do this and yet I started it anyway because I can't walk away from free money.

Really I do have plenty of time, let's just be honest and say that I like my lifestyle and really don't have the desire to put all the hours in myself.

So for this reason I'm looking for an ACCOMPLISHED member of BHW to possibly partner 50/50 on promoting the site and getting a sharp design (it just has the layered panel template design now).

Basically I need someone who can help post on the forums and get listings on the free hosting sites, help sell ad space when requests come in, and preferably someone who can redesign the site.

Since I paid the $600 setup and the $200 a month for the server I feel that someone who can come in and give it a sharp design would be a fair entrance price to the split, and then we can each volunteer an hour or so a day to promote it.

This is not a lifelong partnership or some big legal deal, I'm just looking for someone who has an hour a day or every other day to help get the subscribers up so we can make some money with the list 50/50.

i have been using photoshop for about 2-3 years now.

i know html ,css and a little php.

i also used to run a shared web hosting company so i made a design for that and i also had to deal with all the server stuff so i know it all.
