List it on flippa or on the marketplace section of this forum...doubt you'd get more than $100-250 though as the site has no income.
I'd recommend working hard to promote it with affiliates, and generating some sales yourself (eg ppc, seo); then, consider selling it once you have some sales data.

I took a look at your product on CB and it doesn't look like you have any sales? Why would anyone want to buy that?

tough sell here.....you can get about $200 on Flippa for it, basically they are paying for your time it took you to build the site
