Microworkers + Signup jobs ...

I saw some sign up jobs on a microworker website..where a microworker earns 8 cents for a sign up on a website while the employer that has listed that job gets one dollar for a that sign up.the employer earns 92 cents/sign up without doing much work... seems pretty dope. is it really dope or im missing something?. those sign ups coming from one website i.e. from that microworkers website.. wont they create any problem?

The employer that has listed the job will get his leads shaved off once the original company finds out the signups are all irrelevant. The microworkers may still get to walk away with 8 cents.

If extra care is giving and missed with real signups, you would still make some $$$ but not much except you want to get your account ban.
