This is exactly right. That's why I wanted to know how long the OP had been doing this method. It's only a matter of time before he doesn't get paid.

isn't microworkers solver from Asian countries? as far as i know most of them are from that.
so how you will promote USA offer with microworkers? so i think it doesn't work.
but mturk may work cause it's hitter are mostly from usa but again with this method you can get a little success, no long term success can't be done with this method, and, as many others said, you will not going to be paid with this method.
And also don't compare this method with PPV, PPC or any other paid advertising method.

OP... thanks for the method.. already knew it and tested it a long time ago BUT I didn't do much with the method because I KNOW this will not be good traffic or leads for the advertiser

MoreMoneyMoreProblem, you have to understand that the method you are presenting is total fraud. The leads generated by this method are paid to complete the offer. It's the same if you completed your own offers.
The blackhat way to do this with MW would be to have the workers post ads on classified sites, and the ads lead to your offer. This way the folks that are actually looking for your product will complete the offers and actually be a genuine lead. Win win for you and your affiliate program. It's easy to have 50 ads goind on CL using microworkers and spun advertisements.
Just sayin.
The blackhat way to do this with MW would be to have the workers post ads on classified sites, and the ads lead to your offer. Anyway, the method is old and it will bite you back for sure. You can get banned from the offer or the network all altogether for creating fraudulent leads. It is possible to mix it with junk traffic and spread across several networks. That way you can fly under the radar and make a few hundred a month. but I'm warning you. Anything over $50-$60 a month per network will get you in trouble. If you do two offers from different companies per network, you can bank over $1000 a month easy.
However, why pay? Since it's black hat, you should go bh all the way
For this, you'll need a vpn, a software that will flash all the cookies and some emails. You can buy bulk emails from bst section easily. This way, you will have full control of the sign ups, ips and emails. Just do like 20 leads a day, which will take your 30 minutes maybe, and you can use some of the extra money to buy your emails and ips.And don't directly go to the offer page. Just setup a website and click on the email offer on your own website. This way, you won't have to bother with masking the referrer as well.

You Need to DMR or your earnings will be charged back and banned from the affiliate network.. trust me Im an AM for a VERY big network but I work for an incentivized network

I think we can develop it. We can put a content locker instead of that banner. So the user should pass the content locker to complete the offer and once he passes it, You pay him. there won't be any problem with content locking. I think.We can put +$2 offers in the content locker.
