The company intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes to acquire additional bitcoin
There is no one stopping them.
So we should start doing opposite. All news is created with one purpose - this is the manipulation of people's minds. For the release of articles, journalists get cash and they write articles to fool us. Many people really believe that bitcoin will grow, or fall when reading these articles... but of course, many corporations benefit from everyone who is going to invest real money in unconfirmed bitcoins. This is how this world works.
We get the news that they want us to see. The ransom was paid so that they could see where it went. This isn't even a new technique. When somebody gets kidnapped, they put the money somewhere that's watched. Another example is setting up a honeypot to catch a hacker. Nothing new. So Bitcoin isn't free from governemt being able to get into an encrypted wallet. What all these blah, blah, blah Bitcoin cheerleaders have been cheering about, isn't true. The government recruits people that have commited crimes, and is able to convince them, that it is in their best interest to work for them. Easy to do. You give the person two options. Work for us or go to prison. Federal prison is not a picnic. Only high profile get to go to the country club federal pen. That one has golf courses and weight rooms. Not all of them are like that.the news really do affect the price SEVERELY with BTC.. that fake-stunt with "FBI returning BTC" dropped the market pretty good!
That's $400mn adding to the billions in BTC they already have.400MM isnt "much" in the BTC world anymore
Oh, and they'll also be saying "they're only rich because they're lucky and got in early" LOLThat's $400mn adding to the billions in BTC they already have.
Those who aren't buying right now, that know of it, will be the ones in future complaining with the words "i knew of Bitcoin since $xx,xxx , dammit why didnt i buy just a little bit??"
