Microsoft Tracking template problem

Hi;

Been advertising in Microsoft ads and i m using template tracking to check statistics .

send the bing changed to microsoft ads the tracking no more working user visit direct link directly (no click on tracking template ) I m losing the statistics so i can scale.

Any advise will be help full . Thank you !
