Microsoft bing , block, suspend accounts wave

Hi ,

I notice Microsoft bing updating their policy couple days ago , since then there has been heavy blocked and banned accounts everywhere. this is a wave happening.
perhaps I'm the only person going through this. My quest is could we share all few pointers to why bing will block account , suspend accounts. important pointers to take notice of and avoid getting your accounts blocked or suspended for unusual activity etc.
I will appreciate all little pieces that maybe shared , could be a help to the next person .

I agree to this , It simply drives you crazy and even when the traffic itself need to start coming , It takes time or never at all..
there are many hidden factors , what factors do you suggest to take serious look at for dealing with bing?

I guess Bing’s own people are also running this ad.

my account of 4 years got suspended because - support TOLD me to update my credit card. So I did.. suspension and now it's been one month and 4 appeals. nothing.
