Microsoft Azure vs. Multilogin for Creating Accounts

This is my first post on the site so I hope this is in the right area, somebody let me know if it isn't.
So I'm trying to setup Facebook business manager accounts without getting them banned as I've had issues in the past and at this point my personal laptop and IP are flagged.
I've hired a guy off of Upwork to help me out with this and he insists the best option for not having your fingerprint detected is to use a remote desktop such as Azure and create the accounts through multiple of those. What are your thoughts on this, is it necessary and wouldn't just using Multilogin be a cheaper, faster, alternative?

I didn't see any topics discussing virtual desktops vs. fingerprint spoofing software so would be interested to hear people's opinions.

You can get free credits on Azure for a month so use them to test first before investing in MultiLogin. You'd require proxies for those accounts so consider that cost as well.

Other than Azure you can use AWS and Google Cloud Platform as well.

Azure is definitely cheaper than multilogin. But multilogin is more safer when creating accounts initially especially if you have private proxies. Note that azure will get you datacenter IPs.

I have experienced AWS and MLA. I would say MLA is the best. Those cloud platform provides data center ip only. You may get passed by the ip check but a static residential ip is always better.

Secondly, AWS cost even more for me. I had a 4CPU/8GB/5M AWS instance, which cost more than 1 month subscription of MLA. Those free Azure/AWS instance is usually 1core cpu with 1GB memory, which is very very slow.

And, if you got blocked on AWS, your fingerprint on AWS is recorded by facebook even if you re-install the AWS instance OS. Unless you change your Windows Service OS to Linux.

You don't need Multilogin as your only device simulator. There are many cheaper alternatives (some is free if you only need 1 browser file). Just google it.

Proxies? Don't use luminati or similar pricing proxy provider. IMO, those are all over-priced. There are tons of cheaper providers here. You will find one.

Don't get me wrong. Luminati or similar are good! It's just their pricing is over budget. $20/GB usage.. lol

What I care when choosing proxies:
- Price. $5 or lower for each ip per month.
- Able to swap ip. Some only allows you to swap ip once a month. This sucks if you got your facebook banned on the day 1 of your proxy purchase and they don't allow you to swap ip lol. Usually talk to their support and they may allow you to swap ip.
- Static, residential, and private only(non-shared). Some uses rotating/datacenter proxy. I don't get it. Can someone explain?

Always test it before purchase.
