Hello,
Can someone please tell me how to pass business verification on the Microsoft Ads account?
I am facing the problem that they reject verification due to "there is no connection between the business and my domain", but I provide all the documents for my company and all the receipts for the purchase of the domain and screenshots from the personal account, but I still get a refusal.

To resolve the “no connection between business and domain” rejection.

1.Match Details: Ensure your business name, address, and contact info on documents (e.g., business license, tax certificate) exactly match your Microsoft Ads account and website.

2.Prove Domain Ownership: Submit a domain purchase receipt or WHOIS record showing your business as the registrant.

3.Show Website Link: Upload a screenshot of your website’s homepage/contact page with your business name and address.

4.Use Business Email: Use an email tied to your domain (e.g., [email protected]) in your account.

Appeal Clearly: Resubmit via Partner Center > Legal Info > Fix now,

Make sure your domain WHOIS info matches your business name & docs exactly—MS checks that closely.

Often fails this step when domain ownership proof doesn’t clearly tie to your business entity name receipts alone might not cut it. What’s helped others is adding your business name visibly on the website itself, plus updating WHOIS to reflect your company info. That tends to bridge the “connection” gap Microsoft looks for.
Added your company name to the site footer or contact page yet?

In Microsoft Ads, Advertiser Identity, verify your exact domain by uploading their HTML file or adding the TXT record. Make sure your About/Contact page and email use that domain and match your business details, then your AIV should pass.
