Microniches ADsense Journey

So, im starting with this seo s***t and i will be creating 2-3 microniches a week and monetize them with adesense.

For keyword research i already got ahref.

For linkbuilding i will be using GSA and spun content to 2.0 andFootprints and ahref for tier 1 links

What i got:

Expenses

aHref: -9.99$
Domains: -16$

I have 2 seo projects ongoing and man, i will need adderall

AIGHT FIRST PROBLEM: Ahref Ubersuggest and Semrush showing different volumes

Wich one should i trust?

What do you mean ahref for tier 1 links? I was thinking to start something similar my self and create a mini site every week

Update: After some KW research i found a niche where i could get a really good RPM.

Main KW: 9K ahrefs and 5,4k ubbersuggest

I can outrak very easy my competitors, will get the domain and will install the typical divi haha

what plateform u use to create those mini sites ? and dont you need to update them or you create and leave them ?

Is this possible in 2020? I thought this was the ranking strategy in 2012.
