Microleaves - Is anyone still using?

My back connek ports are not working for almost 24 hours now they dont response in skype and support ticket even in their proxy sale thread. Is anyone still using this service? with the same experience like me?

ive reported them to admin, no support on there sales thread in 2 weeks
not logged in since dec 31st 2019, lots of complaints over
last 2 weeks so avoid for now

admin did post on another proxy thread the other day

sales thread was approved stated that marketplace threads require maintenance.
As you've now been absent for 2+ weeks, your thread has been closed.
If you have any outstanding orders, you'll need to submit proof that the orders have either been
fulfilled or refunded before we'll reopen your thread. To do this, you'll need to contact the buyers via
PM (not Skype or email) so that we can verify it.

and microleaves has been afk 2 weeks leaving behind sales thread complaints
and dead proxy subscriptions

Hello Everyone,

We are very sorry for the delay, the problems will be fixed in the next few hours. Our tech team has been away on vacation and they are back today.

Regarding why the tickets were not answered, we will check this with our support team on why they failed to let us know about the issues.

if your going to leave your sales thread for 2 weeks
at least let your customers no you wont be available
or its a little unprofessional - but least your fixing things
now.
