Microblogging on Instagram?

Anyone using Instagram posts for blogging?

Just curious

used to DM people with links, but not kind of blog

I believe that there are some people who are wager to run their own blog and they use primarily Instagram platform, because the audience is kinda high around there. In my opinion, if you want to run the blog you should firstly start for yourself, you don't need to attract the big amount of subscribers in order to start monetizing your content, because it's a great mistake. Why is it a big mistake? The main idea is that blogging is also an activity with its own peculiarities and those people who will come to your blog will see that you have no experience in blogging. They will be disappointed. Thus, you should train a bit for yourself.

I don't think Instagram is a good platform for blogging, just my opinion, coz I guess the platform is more on entertainment. Ads maybe could somehow be effective but I don't think they will be effective for blogging.
