Micro Niche Websites - Does it work?

Hello, I am planning to buy few ready made micro niche website from the BHW sellers. Just curious to know from experts does it generate money through adsense? I have no big plan. I will just buy 3-4 sites and do some minor SEO and link building by myself. I don't have big revenue expectaion but I am looking for some honest opnion from you guys. Thanks in Advance!
