Micro Niche site vs Authority niche site

Hello Everyone

I just found a good niche. Suppose my keyword is Golf (products). Is it better to create one single authority website which covers all golf products or is it better to create multiple micro niche websites (One site for golf balls, one site for golf club, one site for golf bags, etc)?
Please explain your option.

Definitely authority website. Small 5 page micro niche websites are almost dead, if you are serious about making good profit, go for authority website.

Small sites are not dead but the amount of quality links needed and content needed keep growing.

You will put 200h of work in a golf authority website to rank it while you will put 150h for each micro niche (and content will be harder to find, etc). Just do the math. Authority.

I will go with authority website. But if you have the necessary funds for link building and articles, you can build micro niche sites around it. Dominate the first 5 if possible!!!

I personally prefer authority site too, because its better to have $100/day from one site than 10 sites with $100/day.

Managing multiple niche sites is a real problem. But both have advantages and disadvantages. I prefer one big site as it will impress everyone better. Readers will find more information to read, they will stay on your site. Other site owners will find your site more resourceful which will increase the chance to get links from their content.
