Yes getting first page is easy and any SEO company will garuntee you and take much money from you but its good if you get on first page at very low cost.
Getting 1,2 and 3 position is good and much hard too.

Congratulations on your success I hope it stays on top for you. Glad you did your keyword research I have a few sites in the top few positions however they get low search volume. But the Adsense clicks are right on most of the time one visitor one click however, they are too few and far between.
