Should I go into MK Watches,is it popular accross EU and US?

Depends at what price you can get them for, and what price you are selling. Sure they are popular here in the U.S., but it's all a numbers and margins game.

Is this assuming you have a good source? I have some old sources, but watches never had enough profit margin for me to sell. I never dealt with replicas (not sure what you'd like to do), but if you needed authentic sources, I can do some digging.
