To be honest- IMHO after veiwing the videos & case studies publicly available
It looks like Michael has combined a mini version of Mass Control, Product Launch Formula & Mystory video Marketing/MLM Goldmine to make this product.

It appears that the Golden Thread is a renamed version of Mass Controll where he provides you with the web site zipped & mass controll emails (renamed) & combines the video "mystory" type marketing...

We'll see....Just my Opinion

it is a bunch of ready-made products and salespages which you can then upload to the webshosting he provides (you pay for this too, after three months) and the 'amazing' sales boost comes from including a 'talking head' video on your landing page/sales page.

Wow, really advanced stuff. Would never have thought of that!!!

More comical, is the other day I get an email from a pretty big player in the IM game saying how he had no idea I was such a big player in the blackhat side of marketing as well and that he was disappointed to hear this since I was so well respected.

After I stopped laughing uncontrollably for about 35 minutes I wrote back how it's so ironic that blackhat marketers are so heavily frowned upon yet all the big time white hat marketers plot in these little private mastermind seminars to steal every last dime from people who don't know any better.

Ok, so now it's over, for the moment Cheney's SOLD OUT of memberships.

But of course we know he hasn't. There will be a 'I've had a few cancellations and put yourself on the shortlist' reissue soon.

For those who were asking what is a Cash Cannon here's his answer in his last, 2 hour 16 minute, video.

Yup, that's it, that's the secret right there. He finally revealed it! And you had to sit through 2 hours and more of 'the Michael Cheney show' in order to see it and get the 'secret' bonus sales link that was staring you in the face just below the video all the time!

Now at first I thought this was all laughable...

But then it struck me...

This guy has just sold 500 x $1997 memberships, plus a high percentage of those will have signed up for his webhosting deal.

He's got some of the biggest affiliates in the IM guru world selling this stuff for him for 50% commissions.

He's not as stupid as he makes himself out to be!

So I looked at the videos again and realised he's doing the 'common man' approach.

So while the Mike Filsaimes of this world are doing their 'look how rich and successful I am' stalking about on the seminar stage stuff, Cheney's approach is to look like the guy who's probably watching his videos.

He's actually saying 'look, I'm pretty stupid, I was into drink and drugs living in a hovel 3 years ago, I'm not the smartest cookie, but now look at me. I've a nice house in the country, a wife and a dog and I'm earning millions because I've discovered this...'

It's so clever I'm dreaming up my own site to use a similar approach. Appear like one of the guys, make the viewer of your video identify with you, and you'll get the sale.

Because people will say 'hey, he was just where I am now, and he's made it, so I can too'.

Look at the comments on his blog. You'll see people identifying with him all the time.

Yeah, the 'Michael Cheney Show' video wants to make you knock his block off, but look at what he's just done. Like I say he's not as stupid as he makes himself out to be!

There's a lesson there. Any other viewpoints are welcome.

I'm pretty sure that the whole video and the sales letter was planned by a professional copywriter (you know, a guy like Frank Kern). No matter how good (or bad) is his product, his product's sales letter rocks.
