MH Themes or Theme Forest? Which to pick?

I am looking for a good Wordpress Newspaper theme to use on one of my sites.

I can't decide between the MH Themes Magazine theme and the ThemeForest NewsPaper theme by tagDiv.

Here's what I am concerned about when it comes to picking a theme:

1) Looks better to site visitors and is more mobile friendly
2) Has better on page SEO, and more Google friendly
3) Better suited for AdSense, and has a higher potential for more AdSense earnings
4) Has more features that are useful

Generally which theme would do a better job.
