Please has anyone ever had a good success rate using mgid or contentads traffics with Google AdSense?

Am planning to advertise my blog using mgid or Contentad, i will be targeting a mixture of low and high tier countries. in the ratio of 2(tier 2 or 3):1 (tier 1 country) 2 : 1.

Please drop a review of your experience them.

With content.ad yes very good earnings , mgid are very low paying

Tried Adsense + Content.ad in the past sometimes earnings on content.ad were higher than Adsense.
