MgCash registration problem

Hi guys.
I'm having a trouble getting into mgcash.
I applied myself 4-5 days ago, But there is no answer from them. Tried to do it again with OWCM link today after getting a VMB, but I'm getting an error saying that my payment info already exists in the system.
I'm stuck. Could anyone help me with this? I will really appreciate that.

No one have problem with signup to our network. You must have legit website with top domain name, website with some content( no fakes) and you must signup with real name.

Well, I have a top domain, signed up with a real info, but without any content on website.
Seeing how some of the users getting to your network without website, I thought, that it will be alright to do so.
Is there any way to solve this problem? Re-apply or something like that?

Well, now more than 3 weeks passed. Still no progress.
supportmgcash said everything is cool, I can apply.
But still no email, nothing. =(

franklyn0, you gonna really enjoy the MGCash. I like the SMS funcion on content locker. If someone cant complete any offer they need to send a SMS to unlock content. You get % of every sms visitor send :)
