MGcash problem

I wrote them in 3 different ways - support,mailed them and wrote them on their AIM (they were online) and no response for 2 days.So I decided to ask here - is there anyone using MGcash and experianced this problem:
I use a File Gateway code and when I put it on my site it ruins everything beneath it.It removes it.The comments and the add comment thing are gone.And this is not the worst thing There is only one post on the home page when I have configured it to show ten (the 9 are removed by the code).I am 100% sure that it is from the code.Anyone can help me?

I am using MGCash if your site is wordpress, just install them wp plugin and it will fix your issue. If not, it is mean that you post code wrongly. Explain better, then i can help you
 
You know you have to add the code right before the </head> tags, right?
If you're using wordpress as your website's platform then you can simply use their plugin that can be downloaded on their site.
 
Can I import gateways in links with their plugin?Can I put a link for a file gateway with it?I post my code in the post so it is in the <head> tags so dont worry.

EDIT: the plugin is useless...It only pastes simple lock code.I dont want a lock code I need a FILE GATEWAY one as I wrote in the 1st post so why are you offering me this plugin..?

What the...??? Now i just thought for a second - mgcash ignores my messages for 3 days!!??? What the... Is this support?can anyone answer me are they always so sloooooow?


Sorry for writing like this but i am pissed for waiting for 3 days - 3 days!!!!
 
What do you exactly want to do? File gateway is hosted on their side...
And have you tried contacting them via AIM? I have never had any problems with them.

Where you want to PUT FILE GATEWAY CODE ? And where you see any code in File Gateway tool ?????
 
I put the file gateway code in the post.I tried connecting them on AIM they were online but I got no response.And the the ccode is a on-click-open file gateway ( "Download here" and when they click it a gateway pop-ups).And this question about "where you see any code in file gateway tool" is the silliest I have seen...I see the code when I click Get Code???............
