Methods to increase followers

I'm working on my agency's social media accounts. As content is the King so to be consistent and avoid cut off I created content for six months of my social accounts. And I am using Hootsuite to schedule my content. So I am posting on Instagram tiktok Twitter LinkedIn and Facebook two videos per day.
All of them are high quality and also I worked on their caption and hashtag strategy. To manipulate the algorithm of Instagram I use SmM panel to get immediate few amount of views so it helps me get 3x more views than what i buy from smm panels.
But the problem is followers, and I am not getting enough followers. For example I'm getting around five to ten followers per week right now or sometimes less. But views are around 500 and some of videos getting thousands of use on Instagram.
What do you suggest to help me gain more followers on mentioned social networks

Has any video got viral and got millions of views ? A single viral video can get lot of followers.

Engage with your audience more, give them a real reason to follow, and stick around.

Put yourself in their shoes and ask, 'what would make me want to follow this account for more?'

Getting views is one thing, and while that’s great, it’s only the beginning.

You need a clear plan for what comes next.

Think about what value you're offering to the people you're hoping to collaborate with or the ones you want to convert into customers.

I started mid August and highest view is 3k

I think there's something for them, beside of high quality videos, audio,trends,... The contents are planned, mix of ideas and educational
