Curious what methods you Pro's use when easing the redirection of a clients current domain name to the web site/hosting that your selling them. it doesn't seem convenient to ask them to change their DNS/Name servers on their own.

Huh? Then what else were you planning to tell them to do? Upload little HTML-page to their own hosting that iframes the content from your hosting?

If they cannot change the DNS themselves, then you need to change it, or tell their registrar to do it.

Changing the DNS is the easy part once you have a guide that give to every client. My biggest issue has been that they can never remember the login details to their hosting hah

was just curious on my options, trying to find an easy button for them to press without having to give me account info.

Putting together a guide for them sounds like a great idea! Thank you. i guess i will need to include a how-to recover account information/password as well! lol
