Why would I want a bank to get unlimited VCC and then send Google a picture of my Credit Card and of my ID card??o_O

Highly saturated, hence high risk of (almost 100%) account suspensions. And as per me OP's mentioned method is oudated and does not work nowadays to create working GAds accounts.
 
Google is getting smarter in catching people misusing loopholes. It might work today but may not work tomorrow so it is a short term trick.
 
I create and get $350 threshold but not with vcc. If they suspend you just need to appeal.
 
Legit billing and the legit card are the only way for long-term work with google ads. If you plan to make 1-3$ per day for thousand of days you can play with VCC written above and if you get the right sight you may be lucky and you can even spend a few bucks!

Wrong as usual. Certain VCC still work well in Google Ads. $1 to $3 per day ? You are ignorant about Google Ads , your knowledge of Google Ads is evidently quite poor. There are affiliate marketers earning hundreds of US$ per day using threshold Google Ads accounts , and their ad cost is very very low , because using threshold accounts and they have been doing this since long-term and will continue long-term.

i have multiple real cards .. if i create multiple ac with my cards can they banned me due to same billing address and same name ?

google cloud stopped asking ID or Credit card validation.
 
Method changes overtime, Google update happen, threshold is unstable yet rewarding
 
There are better updated methods nowdays :D
