Hey guys,
This is a method I am using for my own sites and I get PageSpeed scores only above 95 out of 100, wich is great for your visitors because the website loads MUCH faster and it's a great help for your ranking visibility on Google.
I am sure guys here are already using, but I saw after reading some threads here that people are trying all kind of things like W3, Cloudfare, etc, but this is surely the method ahead of any other similar service and at least for now - it's free.
Before starting off I wanna say that unfortunately Google PageSpeed service is only available to developer accounts that have been working with Google APIs for some years, or you can also request your invite. This will probably become available for anyone where it will pass the beta tests, but it works amazing already. The main idea is that this thing will make your website loads better than any commercial VPS or dedicated server.
Just a short summary, PageSpeed will basically compress everything on your site, images, css, javascript, etc and almost every file from your site will be hosted on Google servers. So if a visitor comes from New York, PageSpeed will give him your website content that is hosted on the closest datacenter from NY. If he is from London, website will load from London datacenters. You got the idea. Along with lazy load and other amazing features you will get a completely different website.

Now, here are some tips to get you approved faster for the PageSpeed service.
1. This is the link to PageSpeed
2. Sign up and you will get a page where you have to fill some details. Try to ask an invite with your best website, wich has the most visitors and it's whitehat or greyhat at most.
3. Google account and site URL should be clear for anyone.
4. For the Pageviews/Day you should not check any of the first 3 options. Between 10k and 100k, should be fine as Google see you as a valuable customer.
5. Existing Google Customers. Well here it would be great if you could check and apply for all Google services that are present there. And for the "Other" field, add another webmaster related service.
That is all, now you should wait for your invite. I can't guarantee you will get approved within 3 days or 3 months, it's up to Google. But you surely have to consider this if you are looking for a better ranking, because Google now wants to see perfomance and user friendly sites, so what better than having your website loading in a blink of an eye?
