Method: Utilizing New Youtube/Google + Comments

Well guys, old G just shot himself in the foot.

It looks like the new Youtube + Google+ comments integration changes two things:

1. External links are allowed
2. The top comment is the one with the most replies.

Any of you with half a brain know what to do.

Post a link to an offer in your comment (bonus points if the link looks like the "read more" link)

Reply to your own comment 1,000 times (or have a macro or bot do it).

Your comment with your link will automatically rise to the top and start generating clicks.

This is incredibly stupid on Google's part, and it won't last long, but make hay while the sun shines. And remember to hit the + rep if this helps you out :)

Will try it. Just stupid and simple and report back. Unfortunately no more +Rep button, but I will think of something else. If this works, then I owe you something. ;)
 
It works like a charm. Stupid easy.
 
Depends on what video you're commenting on. That many may be necessary.
 
Google is not stupid. try commenting 2-3 times with a link in your comment and then your comment will be visible to you only. you need to have lots of accounts to do so...
 
It works for the moment, I'd give it a week before this is fixed for good.
 
there is a reason why youtube changed comments. good luck with getting ghosted =)

sure it can be done... i tryed it last week. if you have money to buy tons of proxies and youtube PVA yes you can do it, otherwises its a lose of time.
 
I agree that what they did is dumb. Although it temporarily throws people off guard, in the long run, the BlackHatters will be able to spam and make more much easier with this setup.
 
Doesn't work every time. I spammed 50 replies and my comment only shows up to me now, it's not public anywhere in the comment list

What does the term "ghosted" mean??? Please help this poor Noob. I've seen that a couple of times now in posts here.:p Thanks.

Ghosted means only you (your IP) can see it. View the same comment on another IP to see if it is really there.

OP should have tested this before posting it here. IMO... "old G just shot himself in the foot." this is a stupid thing to say...you guys realy think youtube would change comment to make even EASIER for people to spam? thats insane........ like I said in my other reply, it is more difficult to get traffic from this method. but i say this from my own experience... of course it is possible if you know what you are doing and can get clean IPs, thats the hard part IMO.

It is easier since the spammer just has to reply to his own comment 100 times to make it to the top. Once that is fixed (I am sure it will be) it is going to be harder for those people to get top comments unless you have tons of clean IPs as you already mentioned.
 
The comments will get ghosted if you're stupid about it, yes. Use multiple accounts and IPs and don't go straight for the Justin Bieber videos.
 
i guess Google very smart than we are lol
