This will give you all queries with 8 or more words.

You can use this to find longtail keywords with high impressions. Quick and dirty optimization would be to add them as H2s and write a ~100-200 word answer for each.

Yeah, that technique did a lot of good to me as well. I took it to another step as well, so might share another guide related to that technique.
