Hi all, Hateandbreak here. Just wanted to quickly share a cool search string to use in Google, that may help you find new prospects for selling your offline marketing services, basic stuff. I did not discover this myself but i read it in an E book/course I found somewhere. It is very simple and will require some time if you want to collect a ton of leads (or you can outsource).
Go to Google and enter the following:
site:yelp.com "Claim your business page and"
At the end of this search string you will input the State or City in which you want to pull results for. As you can tell in the image below, you can go and browse all the yelp pages and seek out the ones with negative reviews.
You can go in and find information such as Phone, Website, Business name, and read the reviews down at the bottom. There is also a way in which you can find search results that have a specific number of reviews, or negative ones. Use the following search string:
site:yelp.com "Claim your business page 3 not recommended" "state or city here"
Where it has the number 3, you will input the number of reviews you want to find on the search results. The more reviews, the more chances of finding negative ones. This is not always successful, though it will help to find more Negative reviews. Use it to your advantage, as bad reviews, are $$$ for you. Particularly, the easiest point you can use to sell these prospects is the unclaimed business page, as they are are thanks to the search string. You can charge xxx for this and turn around and up-sell more services after you have established a relationship and trust. You should be able to find search results such as these:
I hope this has been helpful to you and you find success with this. Remember, you can try many different things with this, don't limit yourself and always make your own twists when selling. Offer it for free, then up-sell marketing services such as FB ADS for x,xxx a month. Or charge a flat setup fee for helping to claim the business page for the business. If you cannot find a ton of emails, you will have to do some phone calls or alternatively, hire someone to do this for you. Make it work for you
Cheers
