When I try to add &agreed=true to the end of the url it does'nt work is there a update to the forums to stop me using &agreed=true

I put it at the end like this

w##.forumthatipostto.com/register.php&agreed=true

i've tried it but its difficult in phBB forums since mostly all the url that i gathered are needed to click if I accept the terms so when i click the learn button in SB, it will need to load the two buttons first (I agree | I do not agree) before proceeding to the form (username, password).
