[METHOD UPDATE] Dropshipping made as easy as it can be

I just wanted to do a little update for you all on how my store is doing. Since posting about this on BHW, many competitors have turned up trying to steal my customers All is fair, just believe me when I say - I would never share EVERYTHING to the last detail, so if you want to persevere and sell more than me - do your research.

JULY 1ST to 31ST
12.9k visits, 216 orders, 1.7% conversion rate and a total revenue of $6213

AUGUST 1ST to 31ST
17.7k visits, 274 orders, 1.5% conversion rate and a total revenue of $8276

SEPTEMBER 1ST to 30TH
23.2k visits, 434 orders, 1.9% conversion rate and a total revenue of $12'423

OCTOBER 1ST to 8TH
5.5k visits, 118 orders, 2.1% conversion rate and a total revenue of $3563

I'll add a screenshot from September, being my best month so far. I've increased ad spending a lot and added many new products. My competitors are good, but not as good as me. They lack the effort to rise above me. You can steal my products (some literally didn't even take the time to copy the product images from AliExpress, but rather just copied MY listing images lol). Keep in mind that I spent around $180 on advertising in September, removing that from my profits. Nonetheless, I do have to somehow work against them to keep everything going. Unfortunately, october currently isn't looking like it's going to be as good as September, but that's fine. December should be amazing which is what I'm really looking forward to.

Don't hesitate to ask any questions. However, I would prefer that that is done on the main thread, since I've already answered many of them there.

You got +12k visits for 180$? wtf. how? Where do you advesrtise? Facebook? Should be video ads for such cheap cpc.. you paid an average of 0.015$ per click.. if my math is right here.

Noo, the 12k visits aren't from the $180. Only 813 visits are from the $180, making it $0.22 per visit. Not the best CPC, but it's from Etsy's own advertising system. I tried FB, it was around $0.15/click and less but the conversion rate was HORRIBLE, so I'm sticking to Etsy's own advertising system only.

Wow great earnings congrats. Etsy has Suspended my accounts recently and do you know how to open a stealth account? Since you are dropshippin on Etsy you may now how to create one

Ayy, braliuka!

Etsy advertising is so simple it's funny. It has like 2 features and that's honestly all you need for amazing results - what products are advertised & your advertising budget per day. They have their own algorithm on who they show your advertisemts to, how they allocate the budget etc. They just show up as listings when someone types in your keywords at the very top of the page. My listing images are pretty specific in the fact that they catch people's eyes- they have a very bright middle and darker outsides, adding more focus to the centre and the product itself, rather than just being a bland/blend-y image all together. High definition pictures are a must! IDK how it works exactly, probably off keywords and some audience interests, but it's doing pretty good for me.

Haha yep, that's a pretty big issue. My friend has had 3 accounts total, of which 2 have been suspended. Of 3 accounts I've had, all three have been suspended, but only 1 was un-suspended (the one that's doing all this for me right now). I believe that's how I slipped through the system. IDK why they unsuspended me, I guess my email must've compelled them

For the 12k revenue I had the $180 adspend. Most traffic is from me already ranking due to niche competition and all these months.

I had this amazing theory but it didn't prove to be true. It's possible I did something wrong, I didn't test my creatives enough or something along those lines. My theory was - instead of creating a different website, people would buy from Etsy since it gives a sense of authority and thus trust. This didn't prove to be right as my CTR was mediocre and the conversion rate was horrible. I do admit that I might have not done something correctly, since I have the gut feeling IG ads would've and should've done good.

sorry for the late response got busy!
how long have you've been doing your etsy journey? did it take long time to rank your listings? Do you build links to your etsy shop that maybe is helping you to rank your listings?

No worries. Starting May 17th, so that's around 5 months. It took a decent bit of purchases to rank my listings FOR SURE. That's why I initially went hard on ads with a higher budget, and once the orders started flowing in without the ads I just stopped. That's pretty much August and September. Etsy banned 3 of my products due to copyright infringement sometime September, which were, at the time, 3 of my top 7 products, two of them being 1st and 3rd. That's why I'm not so sure about this month, gotta regain the momentum and hope that I'm not shadow-banned. No link building whatsoever, I barely get any offsite conversions. From the over 1k orders, only 37 are from Google and that sorts.

Damn, pretty quick results you got here. it looks like your initial ad spent was the Kickstarter for the whole thing. Well done.
Ahhyy, my question was to help you rank within the Etsy, but you already answered it.. So to get ranked you had to spend some money on the Etsy ads to get purchases and that helped you rank your listing on Etsy.

Etsy has it's own Payment gateway called Etsy Payments, transfers directly to my bank account.

Thanks for this! I realized I had an old and aged Etsy account, I'll be using this to build it up. Probably pay some family members to purchase some products from me to build it up.

My question (or for advice really): What tips would you provide on picking products to avoid getting banned on Etsy or getting products removed. Obvs avoid copyright stuff (shows, characters etc.) but would
hand made items work as well from aliexpress? Such as decor etc, stuff that isn't copyright. Thanks!

I've got my account suspended a long time ago, tried to create a new one but always get banned, so, can you please advise how i can successfully create a new one without being tracked as the same person by Etsy? i am not sure what exactly they track!! the IP address or Paypal acc or what!!!

Congrats man with the good method and your achivement. Do we need Tier 1 Country to work with Etsy program? Cause by in my country, I created account then they suspended me very fast. I didn't do anything yet on my account.
