You posting 3 posts in 3 minutes, all on the same thread - with one requesting information that is supplied literally 2 pots above your own - is not going to do you any favors.
Assuming you're not just doing that to boost your post count, I'll go ahead and re-supply you with the information you're looking for.
Yes it still works. How could it stop working?
Here's the discussion I referenced regarding themes - the one 2 posts above your own.
I posted part two of this method yesterday in which I posted the themes.

Welcome to the forum and try to be a little more scrupulous in your research efforts :D

Yes they still work.

Themes have been provided in "Part 2" of this method which you can find at the following link:

Deja Vu. I swear I have seen this post here before that I checked the date of posting. Then when I found it in 2013 !!

Well, As long as it benefits people, Who Care !

Thank for sharing the method but I don't think it would work. Doctor/dentist are not stupid. They are doctor/dentist for a reason. They won't give you money until you prove that your website is popular and high visitor traffic that relate to their job. People are skeptical these day!

Well I guess I proved your theory wrong. :)

just to give the poor dentists and doctors a break - try this old method with vets, and put a spin on it to make it passive.

thats all I'll say - you'll need to work out the details for yourselves.

seems a good method, but don't know whether this will work in small country like mine

A permanent position with no reoccurring fees? Unless you are lying about their review not expiring you will lose money over time due to hosting costs.

Very misleading title i had 20$ ready and i was expecting that by magic you will turn them into 1000$ note :D

Do you get a website ranked first for a city name + dentists keyword and then mail these guys or you just set up the website and start sending out mailers?

Thanks

This method is shit. And if that offends you its meant to.

1) I'd love to see you execute this and record yourself selling the spots. Because I don't believe you sold 19 spots and I definitely don't believe dentists are as dumb as this thread implies they are (paying $200 to have their name on a site that doesn't generate any traffic and was registered a few days ago? No fucking way).

2) Whats your script for pitching this rubbish?

"Hello Mr. dentist, I'm a marketer. And I have an exclusive spot on my freshly registered domain that gets no traffic at all and would love to sell it to you for $200. What do you think?" lol.

Obviously I'm joking. But you're leaving out the basic fact the dentists have brains and ask questions. One question I'd definitely expect them to ask is "how many calls can I expect?" or "how much traffic does your site generate?" or "what type of return can I expect on my investment".... or "why the fuck can't I find your site for any of my keywords?"

3) The main point. You're selling something of 0 value. Dentists go to school for 8 years and when they hand over money for something, regardless of the amount or how much they have, they're going to ASK QUESTIONS about WHAT they are paying for. You didn't mention 1 word about rebuttals, a unique sales proposition, WHY a dentist would give you money... or anything that demonstrates any type of refined methodology.

I've been working with business owners for 4 years. Its not a lot of time but its enough time to know that any business owner, regardless of what they do, isn't dumb enough to hand over $200 for nothing. Because you have nothing to offer unless you're ranking and getting traffic. You left out the single most important aspect of this entire method, in fact the ONLY THING that matters... and because of your ignorance to mention 1 word about that detail, I personally have to assume you're FOS.

Now you can come back and tell me you have sales skills of Vince Offer and somehow hypnotized these dentists into paying you, but I'm still not buying it.

If anyone other than the OP wants to challenge me for being so bold. Then I'll tell you what. Go try what the OP actually wrote. Because I come from a family of salesmen and this guy is basically proposing that you sell spots on a website you just registered days ago. Think about that really hard. This isn't warrior forum and in the real world people WILL give you a long list of rebuttals. And you wouldn't be able to overcome the most basic rebuttal of all. When you're on the phone with the dentist, he types in his keywords then asks "where the fuck is your site?"

This is far from ethical, however, desperate times call for desperate measures.

I'm wondering whether I could find a moral grey area... e.g. target only evil businesses.

Basically you're ripping Doctors off. Even though you promised no traffic or conversions, I am sure you convinced them in one way or another that this is a good investment and that it will have a positive impact on their business. Doctors probably know absolutely nothing about SEO which is by now very clear since they didn't even ask about the traffic

You don't deserve ANY money you make with this method if you don't offer them something that has the same value of their investment.

hahaha evil businesses???

Step 4: Send an email to all of the dentist offices in that location letting them know that you can offer them a permanent advertising listing spot on your site for only $200 and that there's only 5 spots available on your site. By only offering 5 spots per site your prospects will have a feeling of exclusivity and for $200 they can't afford not to purchase it. Let them know that you'll also be writing a positive 500+ word post on their office that will be posted along with their contact information and site URL so visitors and users looking for Dental Care can easily be contact them. Also, you'll want to create a page on your site and set the URL up like DentistOfficesHouston.com/pay so it will look more professional if and when they decide to purchase.

Everyone knows it's not that easy. What gives?
