Please ask before assuming. I came up with this on my own before reading it elsewhere. It wasn't until after I did this that I found out that others have done this in the same niche. Stop complaining and only comment if you're going to have something helpful and insightful to add to this thread that will help everyone. The targeted market isn't so much a big as the fact that this method still works. Now it's just time that you put it into action instead of leaving these types of comments. Thanks and I wish you luck! :)

Many of us have seen a few methods like this before , I am doing something like this . I have got a good scraper and scraping Google Local and a few other Listing stores for fresh leads , I even have a giveaway thread for same here . What I am doing is getting fresh leads and selling them data ... I can't tell more about this or this will expose my niche . But point here is if I am converting 1 lead out of 200 contacts . Maybe I am doing something wrong but at best you can convert 1 lead out of 150 contacts .

OPs method works but not easy as he has mentioned .

Great post, but it will be hard to pull off in my country. Unlike the USA, we have very small cities.

I kind of agree with your post. But you can get around this by making the ad buyers agree to your TOS which state that you do not guarantee traffic or sales. Make sure they MUST agree to the TOS in order to purchase and you're fine.

It's not illegal to do this, but it's a little shady if you don't have traffic that will convert.

TOS or no TOS you will need to sell the ads, whit what angle are you going to sell them if you're not scamming them...

Hi sire you wanna buy an add on my website without any traffic, ohw and will you sign a TOS that says that i am not responsible for your ROI???

Please this isn't the warrior forum mate, you can not sell ads without bullshitting about the ROI if your site doesn't have traffic, it is as simple as that... so this whole method is a scam, nothing blackhat here, just outright scamming and you can get into some heavy legal troubles.... TOS or no TOS, scamming is against the law.

Really, on your own... this was done in 07/08 and you came up with it just now, really?

wait how is this gonna work and im not the smartest person in the world
if this shit didnt work on me when 4 people tried it on me the same week lmao

Nice tutorial. What I'd do is rank the site for whatever local dentist keyword you can find, then once you get some daily traffic, tell them they can keep paying $200 a month. If your site is getting 40 hits per day, just 1 lead from those hits could make all of a dentist's money back and more. They'll likely say yes to the recurring payment. :)

This is what I'll be doing as I move forward with this. This is a great way to keep a good retention rate.

I love middle men business always.. way bank with minimum work

this is actually a really good idea, may take time though

Though it may take a little time it's definitely worth it in the end. Put your time and effort into it and just like myself you'll be successful with this method.

How did you gather the email addresses?

Most physicians don't have it listed.

Maybe the dentists do?

Please help me understand it.

Thank you for sharing this great method.
