Method to withdraw from PayPal?

Hello i am looking for methods to withdraw money from PayPal(s)...

Can be via credit card(Visa) or Bank account(US)... Any idea how to do it, and i am not from US


There was a site once from where i bought a reloadable prepaid Visa(physical one, delivered to my adress, from a polish bank and i could check the transactions and everything via mobile phone, but the site was shut down by owners because all credit cards were blocked..)
Does something like this still exist?

Just use a debit card from a bank. Make sure it has a CVV code. Not all debit cards do. Ask at the bank to be certain. Also tell the bank you want to use it with Paypal so they can lift your limitation, if any.
 
it would be ncie to be able to withdraw from paypal without fees, personaly i just leave the money in paypal i spend it eventually
 
I said i am not from US. So walking into a bank won't help at all as you can only withdraw via US bank account ??


And no, to answer, these are not hacked PayPals, they are all mine but limited and with fake info on it :s
 
If you are having a stealth paypal and your account got limited , just use the search bar here you will get the best services :)

where do you get the idea that you can withdraw to US bank account only?

on the other hand, you can still walk into a bank and open an account, where i live it doesn't cost a dime and once i was able to withdraw from a fake acc of mine to a bank account where the names didn't even match

are your funds available to withdraw, is the 180 day long holding period over already?
anyways, there's a paypal service thread in the BST opened by secondeye, check out that
 
Yes i searched and secondeye provides such service for 300$ and there's no way i would pay that much.

Another user does 50-200$ for 33% but those rates are still a rip off. You can do it yourself if you have reloadable Visa, and i'd rather find a service where they sell them(usually for 20$)
 
paypal can withdrawn to any bank and debit/credit card,,, simply you just need link your new debit to PP,,, u can use payoneer or neteller and link it to your PP even it is your PP,,, u must confirm your card then withdraw it,,, :)

I read this on secondey's thread the other option is currently not available $300 that you are talking about.
 
Get a payoneer debit card. Transfer your PayPal funds to the US virtual bank account provided by Payoneer. Withdraw your funds using the payoneer debit master card at any ATM outlet around the world.

I don't think paypal and payoneer work anymore...
 
It does? i searched and none found. If we exclude the 300$ which is not a viable option!


Payoneer doesn't work if the name is not the same with PayPal from what i heard!
Also i need like 1 vcc a month because my stealths get limited :/
 
payoneer virtual bank didn't work anymore,use payoneer debit card and link to your PP,then withdraw to your debit card...
 
I'm new on this forum but I think I might have a solution. As for Payoneer US Payment Service, unfortunately it does not work with Paypal anymore.
 
It is very simple procedure to connect your account with bank and once you will be trusted users then it will be automatically withdraw.

Second eye doesn't Offer such Service..

There are few paypal service but none of them provide service for this issue.



For OP and Those whose paypal account from USA might be able to add payoneer (Last time i attached and withdrew my money from us paypal to payoneer). But I dont think it works for Other countries (But if you call them again and again, it may be possible.)
