Well I do not know. Because I had it all available right away. But I guess I should be happy, not complain :)
 
With paid "plus" plan you get "4.0" too.
And Dall-E to generate images, which looks nice.
 
openAI uses artificial shortage for some users when they try to upgrade their sbscription and puts them on a waitlist. If you want that upgrade without waiting (you still have to pay for it) you can "skip" this waitlist with the trick I share in the first post.

This gives you nothing more. When somebody lets you skip the line at the super market, that does not mean they pay for your shit too - you just skipped waiting time.
 
Well I guess we still have to pay the subscription fees.
