Hi,
Usually, when you do CFM, website owners are pissed off to receive your spam and end up flagging your message as spam, hence your email address being flagged quite fast.
The workaround is to set up a catch-all address, and use dummy emails in the contact forms. All the replies will end up in your catchall inbox, and even if people flag your dummy addresses your principal one will be protected.
You just have to setup your bot with random emails (and keep the same domain ofc) and it will use a unique address for each form.
Not all hosting companies offer the catchall feature, but you can use a third party website if it's not the case.
Good luck

It's not unique to be called a METHOD. Everyone here involved in CFM knows about catchall emails.

Could someone explain what is "CFM" ?

I did google it but failed to get an answer.

Contact Form Marketing

Which is basically submitting website contact forms with your offers. People use tools like GSA Website Contact for this purpose.

Isn't that basically the most common piece of information?

If you're wanting actual replies to your automated message, I'd recommend the catch-all to be on a completely different burnable domain to your actual email and just forward it. I think most CFM'ers aim for clickthroughs to landers rather than actual email responses, but I could see how it could work with a filtered list and a very good sales script (or 'I have pictures of your wife...')

I prefer to use the same domain because when you reply to the message it is seen as a legit reply. Whereas when you use a burner domain and forward the email to your legit addresse, if you reply to the message you have a good risk to end up in the spam folder since it is not since as a legit reply, instead your message is seen as a new message incoming.

I didn't know this as a beginner I learned it myself, and I wanted to share with others who could miss it too. I encourage you to share as well and not think "everyone here involved in X knows about Y" this is not a good state of mind, especially on a forum where people are supposed to share stuff. You probably know many things on the subject but it's not the case for everyone. Thanks

... and this is why I now require customers to log in to use contact forms.

The lowest form of spammers.

You're right, that's a very fundamental piece of information and not a method. But go easy on him, there are a lot of people who do CFA and still don't know about the fundamentals :)

Same goes for eveything IM touches, take X for example it's a great platform but spammed to hell. Or google back in time when it was a good search engine, spammed to hell now with shity niche sites. I didn't say sites like yours haha.
I prefer spamming contact forms instead, it's private (and I have a legit service to sell) instead of platform used by millions of people and piss everybody off. To each their own.

fundamental but yet noone shared it here, go figure.

I did not know this is useful at this moment I don't need it but in the furture who knows even now that the website that I'm working on is sending some emails as follow up to customer that got mid process of projects since is construction need to confirm and be 100% sure what is going to be done and if is going to be done because sometimes can be spammy for one customer and now for several ones, will keep ths in mind when the email flow increase.

Method or fundamentals doesn't matter. The only thing that matter it's a helpful piece of information

I protect my emails usually by using a catch-all address and dummy emails in contact forms.

Not much info but useful.

Hello guys, what software do you recommend to use for a beginner, who wants to learn contact form submission? How to get started in this business?

Use a catch-all email setup with dummy addresses for contact forms to protect your primary email from being flagged as spam.

Thank you for sharing. This advice is extremely valuable for CFM beginners like myself, and it has been tremendously helpful in setting up my campaign.

As a brand strategist by profession, I recognize that there are several fundamental principles in strategy. However, I wouldn't expect someone from a different background to be familiar with these concepts.

Your insights have bridged that knowledge gap, making the process much more accessible for newcomers to CFM.
