I wrote this method over 4 years ago. Just came back to BHW now and see all the replies. Beware before you try something like this, do your due diligence. What worked for me 4 years ago certainly won't work for me now. Hopefully you can get some good ideas from this "method" to create a "method" of your own.
 
this is great for noobs, but you have to change the method a bit.

All methods work, not in the same way obviously, but still work when tweaked.. Be more creative, think out of the box, buy a .com domain, build a website, a landing page, you don't need to be a coder, just install wordpress, download a free premium theme, make a youtube video promoting the offer (use Fiverr for some quality videos), promote the video (likes, comments, views), build a facebook fan page, twitter, etc. buy some followers, fans, make it seem legit, promote the website's link, not the affiliate one, start earning.

What he fails to mention is that you need a good following on your twitter accounts for this to be effective.
 
This is waste of time and money. At first, you need to have a large followers base on your twiter account, second you have to deposit $50 and maybe won't see one single Dollar back.
