Search engine's algorithm has been changed many times after this post.
And the method described here doesn't let you follow terms of SEO.

Even if you may get some quick result for your site, it may set your site to G slap.

It is always better to practice ethical SEO that is hard but lasting.

If you have many short term blogs that you want to throw away after using for sometimes, you can go for it (if still works) ;)

But what do you think all one way links are good quality?? I don't think soo.

I am 100% sure that only 1-3 % links will be good quality. :p
