Why would you want to got through so much trouble! there is a much better way if your trying to get backlinks and rank your site. Why use cloaking, its not exactly long term solution?

I never tried with many sites. Only with two. I don 't think you will get better SERP but I may be wrong. Try with only one site first.

Join in forums. This is a great way to get one way back link. Join at least 4 or 5 forums. And be active on it.

google easiely recognizes such simple cloacking. It doesnt always visit you with the "google spider" user agent.
