If you are using WP you can do it directly by your host provider or you can go in your WP dashboard, then go to appereance go to the html from your WP! Or you can use socrates to put it! Is more and more easier!

3+ year old method? I think google is a little more sophisticated than that, doubt this still works
 
This is what happens when newbies abuse the search function, they dig up 3 year-old posts and rediscover techniques that have long been discredited by the SERP algorithms.

I see a few people asking so I want to add that this trick can't be implemented in the free, unhosted version of Wordpress (wish it could).
