Thanks for information but as I know Google can spot cloaking but again we should not leave any stone upturn. If something is benefiting you then you should use it till the last bite.

nice method,
but google will not read the source page of other site and in source page, the link will going to our secondry site. To whome will give weightage?

thats just plain old cloacking.
Its generally believed that google cawls your site with IP and user-agents that don't identify it as a google bot.
And if it finds different content, you'll get penalized like hell
