This is just dumb and is a n00b tactic that is sure to get you slapped. It's called cloaking, not one way link building - and do you really think that you've caught all Googlebots in your script.

Damn dude, don't teach people if you don't know what you're doing. I feel bad for anyone who actually listens to this advice.

You're much better off doing something SMARTER like a cross domain rel canonical to a similar content page on a different domain.
