You can do this with simple html ... Html is just for showing content on browsers ....

Even if your site is in HTML but your hosting supports PHP then you can add above code inside <?php ..... ?> block .... and put it before your html code ..

Not so sure if that works. I had a handful of other sites that even had DMOZ and did a 301 redirect to my main site and most of those links from the old site are now gone.

I would say an easy way would be to set up some blogs with articles pointing to your site and then crerate a free 7 day trial on dripable and blast the blogs.
Although Dripable now wants credit card details before it will let you have a trial account, so maybe theres an alternative to that..
