Regarding Google deleting the main site, I am reminded of a similar thing on eBay.

eBay are very much against shill bidding these days. My wife used to sell lots on eBay, but got suspended for shill bidding her own auctions. The only thing was, she wasn't actually doing it.

A competitor of hers had set up a fake account, and used my wife's contact details to set it up. The competitor then changed the address details, bid and won an item from my wife. Then the competitor reported the auction for shill bidding, and ebay investigated. They saw the address change, and promptly banned my wife.

So would google ban the main site? Possibly. I wouldn't bank on it as being safe. At the very least I would ensure that the dummy sites were anonymously created, and didn't reside on the same server as the main one.

hey great man this is really a good idea but it is risky.. that if my secondary site is banned by Google in the case of clocking then it will defiantly effect my main site too, my main site will lose the rankings but i have an idea that if I remove my secondary site from indexing of Google by using duplicate content then I will put the clocking script, Google will not crawl my secondary site and my backlinks of the main sites will remain save..

is it bad to purchase one way links? I heard it can have a bad effect on your seo
 
Sounds like a great method, but one question. What do you use as the anchor text on the hyperlinks you tell people to put on their site? Do you use the keyword for your main site or ...
 
It's a good idea use the keywords of the main site. And use the same niche on the other site.
