Yeah, this. If you are transcribing vids from, say, Consumer Reports and they find out, expect a letter from your host provider.

Yeah same here maximum videos on youtube (according to ur niche) doesn't have a clear and loud voice that Dragon naturally speaking transcript creator can recognize. You will end of with lots of garbage words.

Just a note: it has been shown that closed captions are used for ranking purposes in YT videos, therefore don't use captioned text. Instead apply some voice recognition magic on some talk radio shows or podcasts.
you can't make 100% unique content of an article using this method as number of people have already been using this method, who see common videos and convert them to text form. still i prefer writing in your own words as u can use the ideas but not the same words, google is here to filter such articles dude, i have seen people getting bankrupt, still good luck to you guys!
